Gary has lived in Boulder since 1973. He owned and operated a local construction company until 1986. Since 1986, Gary has sold over 500 houses with over $200,000,000 in sales volume of residential real estate. During that time, Gary has received numerous customer satisfaction awards ranking him in the top 1% of Realtors in the nation. Gary is consistently one of the top producing listing and selling agents (90 agents) in the office. WK Real Estate has been voted by the readers of the Daily Camera the best real estate company in Boulder County year after year.
When not providing his personal, enthusiastic, common-sense approach to real estate to his friend's and client's, you can find him visiting family, spending time with Nicole Savarese (daughter a recent DU grad student, now teaching elementary school in the BVSD) snorkeling and exploring in the Yucatan or listening to music. Gary is also an avid local sports fan of the Colorado Rockies and Avalanche, Denver Broncos and Nuggets, CU Buffaloes and local youth sports.
